Make no mistake, this is the take!

I know this is a cliche already but I’d like to try this one out just for once. Im not really fond of creating a list but I like the idea of being able to look back on the things that I jotted down to see if Im worth the effort. Now it didnt make any sense did it?

My Resolutions for the year 2006:
1. To finally break off my weight plateau. For some reason I cant break off from the 198lbs wall. Ill try harder this year and reach my target weight which is 30 lbs lesser.
2. To finally move out of the country. Nuff said.
3. To finish my masters degree in record time.
4. To finally clean up the mess I did inside my room.
5. To lessen my road rage and manage my anger.
6. To stop screwing around.
7. To lessen my flirting tongue and devilish grin.
8. To run 10kms in an hour.
9. To push myself in finishing 3 sets of workout.
10. To meet my deadlines and lessen my procrastination.
11. To lessen my comments and keep it to myself.

Lotsa things to do and lotsa things to prove.Lets just hope I can pull it off this time.

I’d like to give this to all of my readers in lieu of the upcoming Christmas. Let me tell you that this is a tribute to the Season and what has life taught me so far.
This is how it goes:

-Right now, people are emptying their pockets in spirit of what remains to be seen.
Peace.
Love.
Equality.
Justice.
Life like it is,was and will be has its own share of defeat,success and mediocre achievement.
Headed towards the drain, my sentiment goes to bridging the gaps,making amends and creating new pathways towards greater relationships.
I sailed further that I lost the view of the shore.
The last few days was the litmus test. A peacemaker or a war mongerer?
Will I be able to face my enemy and greet them with smile and civility?
I did the latter, I made amends. It was civil and peaceful.
I got a sincere smile and laughter in return. The moment was so pure that a glance meant so much.
Felt like heaven.
A smile can disarm indifference. An honest HELLO can solicit favors.
A 100% attention can do wonders.

Life is really how we make it and I think Im doing just fine.

Merry Christmas!

This ought to be the funkiest pre-Christmas celebration ive been into.
3 straight days and another night in the offing is filled with laughter,beer,food,sex and second hand smoke.
Last Thursday nite, I caught most of the Tuesday Group during the Christmas Party of FF-Alabang.
I was late for about an hour and never made it to see Anna,Lar and Juvie dance their Adrenalina track.
Anyway, im still a bit drunk and Id like you to see these photos i took during the party.

Last nite’s christmas partry/gimmick with Mel,Ana,Chas,Jem,and Xtian was a blast!
we started the day by exchanging gifts and revealing our code names in the process. It was fun as we drank our way to laughter. As usual
, puro asaran at tawanan na sinimulan ni Jem aka Jolibee.
I got myself a pouch bag courtesy of Mel aka Vultra, yehey!

We headed down to a bar in malate afterwards and partied like hell.
am I drugs? no, my drugged out friend has yet to give me heheh joke!

Later tonite ill be going to my first christmas party with FF Alabang. I heard the purple vixens will be playing so i have to get there by 5pm so that i can attend my training evaluation before I started jamming with the rest of the Tuesday Group.

The last few days were either dark and gloomy or sunny and bright. I must have been sweating alot that i have to change clothes every noontime.
Boiling heat, sweat drenched, I took the liberty of buying me an E-heads Tribute CD.
It was fun and all,brought me back to mid 90’s.
SOmehow I got stuck into playing Spoliarium by Imago.
I saw their MTV and Imago’s singer was pretty!

As I was doing 120 on the freeway, I tried counting my blessings especially when it comes to women. Trying to find where to start, I chose to begin with the recent happenings.
- I thank Him for having been able to meet somebody whom I was trying to find my whole life. Too bad though, she got hitched yesterday with a guy he doesnt love. I know this for a fact just because. Can you give me a subsitute for love?

Like I promised her, Ill hold on to that commitment up to the last breath.
I remember a silly song by Britney Spears but it applies ("My loneliness is killing me, I must confess I still believe, when Im with you I lose my mind Give me a sign, and Hit me baby one more time!")

In as much that I wanted to say alot of things to her I simply cant. She was kept in a dungeon by his king to be his slave for happiness.

Kahit na ganito, I still thank God for the opportunity that came along with her.

I still get some threats from family and friends of babe. I dunno where it came from but the whole clan of both sides were scandalized when i got into the picture and literally after seeing my pic with her.
I dont understand it and i dont get it when people starts using a tank to kill a fly.
I pity those people.

H: my class will be ending around 5pm, id like to know if we will push thru or not
S: OK,ill be out by 5:30pm ill see you in SM around 7pm
H: Great! cge drive na ako punta dun after class.

S: Hi, dito na ako Tabang exit, ill be there around 630 if im lucky but ill definitely be there.
H: ok, dito na rin ako, ill be parking the car outside.take your time.

S: Hey, dito na ako balintawak exit, c u in a couple of mins.
H: good! dito lang ako national bookstore.will wait for you here coz i dont know the place.
S: Ok!

7:15pm Text!
S: Dito na ako sa loob, wer ka na?
H: perfect pitch but ill meet u still in national
S: ok, wait for me

730pm meeting
S:Hey there you are
H: Yeah im here!, (kisses her on the cheeks) how are you? hows the trip?
S: well i have to take the bus pa just to get to the other side and then had to walk pa, ang layo mo kasi eh
H:hindi ako taga dito eh, hindi ako pamilyar sa place but nandito na tyo eh. shall we continue what we started last time? I mean, it was really cool having you around last night and all. Teka nag dinner ka na ba? I want something beefy either sinigang or steak will do.
S: I love steak, cmon i know a place that cooks a fat juicy steak
H:ok baby, you’re the boss

-The couple strolled along and looked for a steakhouse. From jeans to steak, they didnt find any. Instead they settled for chicken at KR.

H: Baby back ribs?
S: chicken for me sexy!
H: ok beautiful, lets go

745pm Talk at the diner
S: I started my day in a bad setting. i dont wanna talk about it. It has yet to sink in.
H: ok, no problem, so how’s our date last nite? you were at the CR most of the time with Ner.
S: Well, i really hated garlic, it gave me an upset stomach. anyway, lets enjoy the food
H: oic, i thought you were puking with all the beer we drank with the hippie couple.

lotsa talk went over here. They were mutually in the liking. She’s engaged, He is not. But they liked each other for sure.

9pm Walk
H: hey babe lets walk
S: ok, where do u wanna go ba?
H: you be my tour guide, im not really familiar here. people envy me because i have a pretty tour guide in tow and that’s you baby!
S: Bolero, lika na nga ililibot na kita

-lotsa walkin and talkin filled the short stroll in the mall. Holding hands, looking at each other straight,looking beyond and talking about the impending future. so He took her to Her place which is kms away.

H: Hey babe, let me take you to your place, dun na lang tayo mag hangout
S: ay naku, walang lugar dun noh
H: ok lets try the Shell mega station at the exit. baka may area dun where we can talk.
S:ok take us there!
