Alright now, while my crazy drugged out friend is still euphoria and ecstasy about  last friday’s WWE RAW Live in Manila Tour (http://www.friendster.com/user.php?uid=18547182), I am in state of awe and excitement after watching AUDIOSLAVE’S LIVE CUBA TOUR on DVD.

Man, nothing beats waking up in the morning listening to the track OUTSHINED originally done by Soundgarden now by AUDIOSLAVE.

That track/song take me back 11 years ago while i was still singing for PJ,Alwin and Ondie. I can vividly remember that while everybody was covering Pearl Jam/Nirvana we were singing a couple of Soundgarden’s song and Outshined would be it followed after a few years by the track Spoonman.

The DVD  by the way was lent to me by Arvin, the csa from FF Alabang.Thanks dude for sharing the same music taste.

I also got amused by Chris Cornell’s version of Sleep now in the Fire..beats the hell out of Zack De La Rocha.

I really cant get enough of this gig, the heavy guitar riffs,well-done revivals that beats out the original, screaming and shrieking, the jumping, the lights and the orderly chaos.

Let me tell you something, if Audioslave is coming to Manila, Id be the first person on ticket queue.
Can somebody please bring Audioslave here in Manila?

Last thursday nite, i had this very intense workout with my trainer Chris on the helm. Man, those sets were pretty tiring and INTENSE.
So its the second day and im having Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness.
My upper body hurts and aching, later ill be doing the lower body sets so that it will even itself out.

Last week, I lost 3lbs after weighing in. My nutritionist Rency and my PT Chris is oh-so-smiling after what seeing what registered on the scale. Later ill be weighing for the 2nd time. I hope that the trend continues.

Its the third week of Feb and dammit I am still not ready with my IELTS examination. I lost a lot of time with all the travelling and computing. Im putting all the stops to get ready before March 11.

Last week, my crazy drugged out friend asked me when i lashed out a quip, "Bakit ka bitter?", I couldnt give out a straight answer. "Eh bakit ka nga bitter?" No, Im not I told him. I just said that he aint got no manners treating our friend that way. I understand that he lives on the northern side while she is on the far south, I just cant bear the fact that the guy doesnt have the balls to make sundo.

I get to see BTW often sa FF and I like to tell her someday that " Everytime I get to see you, I fall for you more and I hate it. Can you do something to make me hate you?"

Im not new to this kind of set up, falling for somebody that isnt entirely mine, yeah you got that right. Late last year, I met CC twice and it was kismet. We both fell for each other. It was good until it lasted. She got married a week later and the groom found out about me and CC. I held on to our promises until I got saturated with hate calls and hate texts. Finally I decided to let go. I was heartbroken again but she wasnt entirely mine.
But whatever transpired in between, I still like her.

FINALLY, after 4 games, Purefoods is tied with RedBull 2-2 enroute to game 5 tomorrow. I really thought they’d be swept by the Barakos until Marquin, James and Kerby took over with the help of the bench.
This series is interesting coz I havent seen any games either from tv or from the coliseum. Radyo PBA saved the day for me. Yeah yeah, I know, Im jologs but there’s always a way to get into the game when you are a fan.

You know, this is the first tuesday nite jam that I almost puked out just because the tracks became so predictable and oh so boring.
I really have to say sorry to Dave after I joined Juvie and Joey walked out of the groupX room. Im not really a fan of walking out but I think I have reached my saturation point of Body Jam 35.

Finally, medyo alam ko na ung steps ng Nike Rockstar from block1 to block8. Tomorrow’s gonna be Rockstar Nite in Alabang so Ill be there to do it after my PT with Chris.

It was a crazy valentine’s day because:
1. I dont have a date to celebrate it with.
2. My prostate is swollen, guess why
3. Been missing sleep because I need to answer some queries.
4. I missed Guada’s step class and I didnt enjoy the current Jam track.

The latest episode of CSI (The pirates of the third reich) left me thinking about the nazi’s and their cruelty that they’ve done to the jews.
Its like last song syndrome in my head, I still have some scenes playing inside my mind thinking about what happened.

Last saturday, I got the lowdown on the sched of all the tests that Ill be taking this March. My ielts exam is on the 11th and my comprehensive exam is on the 28th and the 29th. Its already mid Feb and I havent started reviewing.

I just saw this new episode of CSI LV where Lady Heather returned on the series for the thrid time. Iba talaga ang beauty ni Melinda Clarke (for the uninitiated, Melinda Clarke also appears in the O.C. the black or red head mom with a very wide eyes)
Man, you have got to see this. The episode was named The Pirates of the third Reich.
Nuff said.
