Somehow, I felt the need to improve my current soundtrack that’s why Im digging all of these tracks for you to enjoy. I need this to move form one phase to the other. Im giving this to you as a tribute to all of the memories we experienced together. We may have our own share of short comings but it was fun until it lasted.

Kudos to my friend Rogelio, who is getting hitched on Saturday to his fiancee Donna. Congrats man! Im playing the role of the groom’s bestman on Rogelio’s entourage.

Next week, (11/21)Rock Star Supernova will be releasing their first album, (11/22) Happy Feet will be shown and me and Apple will be spending a weekend on Baguio on the 24th.

Dammit, I gained 30+ lbs in a 5months. Now I have to do join spinning classes again and run like hell  so that before the year ends, ill be in my best shape.

Im having problems with timing this past few days. I cant seem to control the timing on when the employer will be calling my house. My other appointments seem to suffer with this absurdity.

Please enjoin me in prayer for the fast healing and recovery of my friend’s dad. My friend’s dad suffered a heart attack last friday night and thankfully, he is conscious na after the weekend.

It’s good to be back on the gym again after 3 months of absence. I have to admit that I missed the place and the benefits that it bring. Now my dietician friend Rency is mad at me for gaining 30lbs and my trainer Chris is shaking his head sideways when we checked this unbelievable setback.
